If you have a default installation of Microsoft Office:
Download the template by right-clicking this link, selecting Save Target As, and then specifying your "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Templates\" folder as the save location.

If your firm's IT department centrally manages your MS Word installation, you may need to have them distribute the template, to ensure it works correctly.
